Returns and Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days after delivery, where return is available.

Please note that used or opened products cannot be returned.
Return Procedure

Create a "Return or Exchange" request under "Orders" in the Main Menu of the website.

Provide your Order number and registered Email/Contact.

Select a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images, and place the request.

It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved or rejected.

Once approved, the item will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.

Please take a picture or video of the product while handing it over to the delivery person as proof for any disputes in the future.

Please hand over the item which the delivery person has come to collect only. If any unaccounted items are handed over, we are not responsible as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.

The shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Procedure

Follow the same steps as the return procedure.

In case of defective or incorrect products, it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel orders until the time the order is unfulfilled or unshipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled as they are already in transit. Usually, orders are fulfilled on the same day or within 24 hours.

Products Bought in Sale

Unfortunately, products bought during sale periods cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged if the product is not damaged.
