1. Introduction

Welcome to Jados Fashion! By accessing or using our website (JadosFashion.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Site

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, or to engage in any fraudulent activity.

3. Products and Orders

  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept all online payment methods through payment gateways.

  • Billing Information: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any purchases made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship to all over the world.

    • Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

    • International Orders: All international orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery within 7-10 business days. We ship to all regions except EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Ukraine, Israel & China.

  • Custom Charges and Handling Rates: Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country. These charges will have to be borne by the customer. The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges. If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country, the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.

  • Delivery Times: Deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping on all prepaid orders. COD charges are Rs. 120 on shopping up to Rs. 299.

  • International Orders: We offer free international shipping for all orders of value 100 USD and above. For orders of less than 100 USD, there is a flat shipping charge of 25 USD.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You can return products within 7 days after delivery (where return is available). Used or opened products cannot be returned.

    • Create a "Return or Exchange" request under "Orders" in the Main Menu of the website.

    • Provide your Order number and registered Email/Contact.

    • Select a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images, and place the request.

    • It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/rejected.

    • Once approved, the item will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.

    • The shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchange/Return Procedure: Please take a picture or video of the product while handing it over to the delivery person as proof for any disputes in the future.

  • Cancellations: You have the option to cancel orders until the time the order is unfulfilled or unshipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled as they are already in transit.

8. Product Bought in Sale

Unfortunately, products bought during sale periods cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged if the product is not damaged.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jados Fashion or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jados Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
